The Flames of Rhythm have worked hard to become one of the leading Swing bands in Europe and regularly perform at major international festivals, prestigious vintage events and Swing dances.

Past performances include headline slots at Secret Garden Party, Wilderness Festival, Boomtown, Parma Swing Festival, The Royal Northern College of Music’s Summer Ball and the opening of the St. Regis hotel in Mumbai.

The Flames of Rhythm have earned a reputation as a top festival/party Swing band for their high-energy performances and immersive crowd experiences. The repertoire of the band is a combination of tight original numbers and explosive interpretations of classic Hot Jazz, Swing, Rhythm ’n’ Blues and Gospel numbers from the golden era of this music in the 1920s-50s.

The band is led by the legendary showman Natty; a popular, stylish and flamboyant Singer/ Dancer/DJ and all round Hep Cat, who has been performing at the top of his game for many years. If the band look as though they’re having a great time on stage, that’s because they are!
